Commercial Prepress & File Preparation Standards

To ensure optimal commercial print clarity and prevent production delays, please prepare your design files according to the following trade specifications:

high_quality 300+ DPI Resolution
All raster images, photos, and logos must be at least 300 DPI at 100% scale to avoid blurriness or pixelation.
palette CMYK Color Mode
Convert RGB artwork to CMYK color profile. RGB monitor colors may shift when translated to 4-color press inks.
crop 0.125" (1/8") Bleed
Extend all background colors and imagery 1/8 inch past the trim edge to eliminate white borders during industrial cutting.
text_fields Convert Fonts to Outlines
Convert all typography to curves/outlines before exporting to prevent missing font substitution on RIP processors.
